• Device data: push notification tokens so we can alert you about new leads.
• Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we store subscription status, not full card numbers.

3. How we use information

• To answer forwarded calls and generate lead summaries with our AI.
• To display leads in your dashboard and mobile app.
• To send push notifications when a new lead arrives.
• To bill subscriptions and provide customer support.
• To improve reliability and security of the Service.

4. AI processing

Call audio is processed by our AI to extract structured lead information. Please avoid putting unnecessary sensitive personal data in business context fields beyond what is needed for reception.

5. Sharing

We work with trusted infrastructure and payment partners solely to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6. Retention

We retain account and lead data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion by contacting us.

8. Your choices

You can update business details in the dashboard, disable push notifications on your device, or request access/correction/deletion of personal data by emailing us. Callers’ rights may also apply under local law; you are responsible for lawful recording notices where required.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
