1. Agreement

By accessing www.ianswerai.com or using the iAnswerAI web dashboard, mobile application, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

iAnswerAI provides an AI receptionist that handles forwarded voice calls, extracts lead information with our AI, stores results in your account, and notifies you with push notifications on your device.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for configuring call forwarding correctly on your own phone service.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (including the $19/month plan) are billed through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Any charges from your own phone carrier remain your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent calls.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or overload the Service.
• Comply with call recording and privacy laws applicable to your jurisdiction, including any required consent or disclosure to callers.

6. AI & accuracy

Lead summaries are generated by our AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify important details before acting on a lead. iAnswerAI does not guarantee appointments or outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

The iAnswerAI name, logo, and product materials are owned by iAnswerAI or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business content and lead data you submit or generate through lawful use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. iAnswerAI is not liable for missed revenue, phone-service failures, AI mistakes, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service and users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
